Section 69
Official Representative's Record
(1) The Board shall establish a register book of all official representatives and keep up-to-date records. (2) In the register book to be established as per sub-section (1), the up-to-date records of the official representatives shall be kept including the following items:- (a) Name and address of the official representative, (b) ) Date of registration as an official representative, (c) Name and address of the securities dealer appointing the representative, (d) Other necessary details deemed appropriate and necessary by the board.
